France Science Summit, a Franco-American scientific collaboration

Context

The first edition of the France Science Summit took place on November 6, 2023, at the Embassy of France in the United States. It featured high-level scientists and brought together around a hundred participants to discuss three major priorities for Franco-American cooperation in science and technology: health, the environment, and emerging technologies.

Communication of the event

For the France Science Summit, I designed the official event poster, created the dedicated webpage on our France Science website, and developed the program and presentations. My work ensured a cohesive and professional visual identity for the summit, effectively communicating its key themes and schedule to participants.

Organization of the photo competition 2023

I organized the photo competition, managing a social media campaign to promote the event on our social media: X and LinkedIn. I collected all photo submissions from participating scientists and coordinated both the public voting and the jury's selection process for the awards.
